Much of President Trump’s presidential campaign focused on protecting our borders. He has promised to build a massive wall to keep illegal immigrants from entering. The need for stronger reinforcements are obvious when you watch as a group of migrants hop over a laughably short border wall during MSNBC’s interview with a border patrol agent.

MSNBC reporter Jacob Soboroff was conducting an interview with border patrol agent, Roy Villareal, when a group of migrants approached the wall on horseback a mere 10 yards away.
During the interview, Soboroff notices them and is amazed that they simply pull themselves up and over a wall that is no taller than they are. “It’s like, a small group of three people jumped over in the middle of the day,” he said in amazement. “There’s a girl there in a pink backpack. Can you explain to me what’s going on?”
Villareal, who does not seem fazed by this, replied: “This is the reality of every day border enforcement. The United States is still the draw, the ultimate draw, for people that have dire situations where they’re at.”
“We’re going to continue to witness this. It plays out on a regular basis for us,” Villareal added. Various border wall prototypes are now being tested and are estimated to be 18-30 feet high with a thick concrete base. There are other prototype walls being tested with different materials as well, according to the Daily Wire.
Most of the walls along the borders currently are simple sheet metal that can easily be cut through, dug under, or as this video shows, climbed over.
When asked if “we can do a better job” when it comes to border security, Villareal responded: “Absolutely. And I think that these walls are going to contribute toward that.”
You know it’s time for a change in border security when even children can simply hop over a “border wall.”
