A stray dog managed to learn the value of money. The clever pooch, affectionately known as Cabron by the locals, spends some of his time begging in the streets, looking to earn a coin or two. Then, once he has the cash, he strolls over to the hot dog stand to purchase a snack.

While “Cabron” translates to “dumbass,” it’s clear that the resourceful canine is anything but. The dog has learned to effectively approach humans as they walk through the area and beg for their spare change.
Cabron has been fairly successful and is said to be a regular of the hot dog stand in Tezoyuca, Mexico, according to a report by Unilad.
A passerby filmed Cabron in action, showcasing the crafty canine with his tail wagging as he waits for his sausage, and posted the footage on Facebook.
During an interview with Dodo, Sergio Vazquez, the man who captured the video, discussed his encounter with Cabron.
“As soon as I arrived, he scratched my leg with his little paw,” said Vasquez.
“The driver told me to give him a peso to see what he does with it,” he continued. “So, I gave it to him.”
Vasquez then watched Cabron as he bought himself a treat.
The hot dog vendor seemed rather used to Cabron, nonchalantly taking the coin and, after a few moments, providing a hotdog in return.
In the video, a person can be heard asking, “Who taught him to do that?”
“I celebrate all dogs, but this one is something very special,” said Vazquez. “It warmed my heart to see what he does. He does this to everyone who comes to the store.”
While it isn’t clear why or how Cabron started begging for money, it appears the pooch may have been adopted by the woman who operates the hot dog stand. After a significant amount of time spent observing customers exchanging cash for sausages, he may have figured out how to make himself a paying customer.
