This Man Has Eaten Chipotle Everyday for 318 Days. See What It’s Done to His Body

Takeout everyday for a year. It’s not something that most people would strive for. Most try to avoid takeout when possible to save money and be healthier, but what if it was your goal to eat at a particular takeout restaurant everyday for a year? Well, that’s exactly what Devin Cunningham is doing. Cunningham has made it his personal goal to eat Chipotle everyday for 366 days (it’s a leap year).

Cunningham explains his strange (to some) choice in a Facebook post:

“A lot of people try fad/crash diets like a no/low carb diets that does not work and then get discouraged very quickly.

“I want to show people that they can be fit while still enjoying the food they love.

His dedication to the year of Chipotle is unwavering. When there was an E. Coli outbreak in United States Chipotle restaurants, the Seattle resident hopped across the border and got his fix in the Great White North.

“When you enjoy what you eat on your ‘diet,’ and you do it in moderation, it is that much easier to achieve your fitness goals. Also, many people said I was going to get fat and sick, so I wanted to prove them wrong. Plus, who wouldn’t want to eat Chipotle everyday for a year?!”

So, what exactly has all of this Mexican takeout done to Cunningham’s body? Well, based on his Instagram feed, nothing but good stuff.

It should be noted that Cunningham includes Chipotle as part of a calibrated diet alongside a regular exercise program. However, it does show that with some planning and determination you can still enjoy takeout and stay in great shape.

As you can tell from his feed, it’s not just plain bowls Devin is scarfing down. He gets pretty loaded bowls and sometimes even indulges in the real deal (a burrito).

Since he started the Chipotle Challenge, Devin’s body fat is down slightly.
