Kanye West is making headlines again, but not the way he might want. Newly released images of West show him flanked by even more bodyguards after threats were made against him becasue of his recent support for President Trump. West was seen in Los Angeles, Monday, after another rapper called on gang members to “f*** him up.”
“Daz Dillinger, a former member of Snoop Dogg’s Tha Dog Pound duo, put out a ‘Crip alert’ on Instagram on Sunday, calling on members of the notorious gang to attack Kanye for supporting President Trump,” The Daily Mail writes.
“National alert. All the Crips out there, y’all f*** Kanye up. You see that motherf*****, f*** his ass up on GP,” Daz said.
The threat, originally posted on Instagram, has since been deleted. Dillinger doesn’t deny making the threat, though, and has called it a “freedom of speech” issue.
“Better not ever see you in concert. Better not ever see you around the LBC (Long Beach). Better not ever see you around California,” Dillinger said.
“Stay in Calabasas, ya hear me? ‘Cuz we got a Crip alert for Kanye. All the Crips out there – you see him, bang on his ass, f**k his ass up.”
“It’s like, we all in one boat and they killing all of us and he jump over there and say, ‘Master, I’m on your side master. I got all the information. I’m with you master Trump’.”
West drew attention to himself after he tweeted support of Candace Owens on April 20th.
He later said he and Trump both share something he called “dragon energy.”
“You don’t have to agree with trump but the mob can’t make me not love him,” West tweeted.
“We are both dragon energy. He is my brother,” West added. And with that, the friendship seems to have been sealed.
