ISIS Just Issued Their First Statement on President Trump:

Citizens of The United States have been too busy fighting among themselves for the last six months to have thought much about our actual enemies. Yet they’re still out there, gleefully watching our internal debates about who was wire tapping whom. Or maybe they’re getting impatient. They put out a message today, one intended to push our president’s buttons.

The official spokesperson of the Islamic State put out a simple message. America, he said, is “being run by an idiot.”

Abi al-Hassan al-Muhajir said:

“America you have drowned and there is no savior, and you have become prey for the soldiers of the caliphate in every part of the earth, you are bankrupt and the signs of your demise are evident to every eye.”

The message seems to be clear. ISIS is reveling in our infighting.

“… There is no more evidence than the fact that you are being run by an idiot who does not know what Syria or Iraq or Islam is,” al-Muhajir said in his recorded message.

While President Trump may not have the foreign policy experience of some past presidents, he has appointed some advisors who do know exactly where Syria and Iraq are, and some who understand Islam (arguably better than Abi al-Hassan al-Muhajer).

U.S. involvement in both Mosul and Raqqa has been stepped up dramatically, and we have ground forces now in Syria. President Trump may not be able to find Syria on a map, but the Marines had no problem finding it.

“Die of spite America, die of spite, a nation where both young and old are racing to die in the name of God will not be defeated,” al-Muhajir said.

al-Muhajir’s message has been received. President Trump, who is rumored to be especially attentive to news cycles, has no doubt heard the Islamic State’s opinion of his leadership skills. And they better steer clear of social media provocation. President Trump has a reputation for Tweeting first, and asking questions later.
