Hillary Clinton has repeatedly blamed everyone, including former FBI Director James Comey, for her embarrassing loss in the past presidential election. But her desire for the public spotlight continues. Her newly released book, “What Happened,” continues the blame game and has reportedly caused some strife between Hillary and her husband Bill since its release.
Ed Klein, co-author of Hillary’s book, explained that even the title of the book drove a wedge between the Clintons. Bill didn’t like the title and tried to give some helpful pointers to the writing team, according to Klein.
A unnamed friend of the Clintons said Bill “hated the title because calling it “What Happened” would only make people say, “You lost.”
“He urged her to postpone the pub date and rewrite the book,” the friend added. “But she yelled at him and said: “The book is finished and that’s how it’s going to be published.”‘
Hillary reportedly took the critique personally and an argument erupted, resulting in the two not speaking for months. The Daily Mail reported that Bill threw the manuscript of her book into the trash.
Page Six reported Bill claimed the book made Hillary seem “bewildered, angry and confused, and that those were poor qualities in a person who aspired to be a world leader.”
A spokesperson for the Clintons said that the claims made by Klein are from a “sad man” and a “pathetic liar.”
Klein, who doesn’t seem to be bothered by the Clintons remarks, has another book scheduled for release at the end of October called “All Out War.”
The last time the Clintons have been photographed together was in August in the Hamptons which seems to validate that they have been estranged for months.
Another validation of the rumor? Hillary is currently on her book tour, but Bill is nowhere to be found.
