There’s puns, and then there’s this. In a presidential that is already bizzare (impossible rumors of Ted Cruz’s identity, lighting striking Trump Towers Chicago, debate questions on hand size), we can add a new theme to the list: weird Bernie Sanders product placement.

Yes, only weeks after a bird became a campaign icon, the billboard above poped up. Surely the image of eighty year old Bernie Sanders and his ideas on economic reform will lead to a nice check up. Alternatively, this might be brilliant way to try and get young people checked for STDs as AIDS foundation spokesman Jason Farmer said.

“Senator Sanders’ powerful message resonates with a lot of Americans, particularly young people,” said Jason Farmer, Senior Director of Creative at AIDS Healthcare Foundation. “We hope that our lighthearted—but highly important—billboard campaign for STD testing will as well.”
