Deyana Mounira, an Instagram model, finds herself in a bit of legal trouble with a dog’s owner after he claimed she sexually aroused Hef, his dog, during a photoshoot. Video of the photo shoot has been published online with differing opinions on the matter. Mounira claims that she was the victim during the photo shoot and that the owner encouraged the dog to assault her.

Tony Toutouni, who owns the Russian royal terrier, filed a lawsuit against the Instagram model in which he claimed Mounira “began sensually playing with Hef; arousing Hef by playing with his genitals and masturbating him.”

Mounira has stoutly denied the allegations and says instead that Toutouni instructed his dog to mount the model.

Both have published the video on their respected Instagram accounts but the background music in the video muffles the conversation between Mounira and Toutouni.

TMZ obtained the non-edited video from Mounira with no music playing in the background. The video confirms Mounira’s account of what happened as Toutouni can be heard saying, “Just move your ass and let him just sniff it,” and commanding the dog to “f**k her!”

According to the Daily Mail, Hef can stand as tall as 5 feet on his back legs, and Mounira is 5 feet 6 inches tall. It does appear that Toutouni told the dog to crawl on and hump the model.

Mounira said she wanted to publish the video on her Instagram account before Toutouni did so she could take ownership of what actually happened.

“I want the entertainment industry and the public in general to be aware of people like Tony who want to use you in every way they can including, but not limited to, sexual and inappropriate acts.”

Attorneys for Toutouni fired back at Mounira’s account, stating: “No matter what took place in the photo shoot between Ms. Mounira and Hef, and no matter who instigated what exactly, the main takeaway is that upon leaving the shoot Ms. Mounira was explicitly told NOT to post any videos of Hef as it reflects poorly on my client who is a public figure.”

They added an additional insult to Mounira’s account by stating, “If she was bothered by the actions of Hef or my client, why was she smiling and laughing in the video? Why did she stay at the shoot for hours after it was over?”

Toutouni is suing Mounira for $1.5 million, claiming fraud and infliction of emotional distress.
