Making a massive body transformation is hard to do at any age, but it’s especially hard when you’re in your sixties. However, that’s exactly what prolific actor JK Simmons has done.
Simmons has been working with trainer of the stars Aaron Williamson whose other clients include the likes of Dwayne Johnson (aka The Rock).
Simmons is getting into shape for his upcoming role as Commissioner James Gordon in the new Justice League movie, and from the looks of things it appears that he will be in amazing form.

Jonah Jameson in Sam Raimi’s Spider Man trilogy, and music instructor Terence Fletcher in 2014’s Whiplash.
He is also known for voicing Cave Johnson in the 2011 video game Portal 2, Lenny Turtletaub in BoJack Horseman, The Warden in Megamind, Kai in Kung Fu Panda 3, Stanford Pines in Gravity Falls, Tenzin in The Legend of Korra, and Mayor Lionheart in Zootopia. Simmons also reprised his role as J. Jonah Jameson in various Marvel animated series and video games. He has also appeared in a series of television commercials for Farmers Insurance.
