Scottish Researchers Suggest House Cats Plotting Your Downfall

The University of Edinburgh would like to warn you: Your cat might try to kill you. A recent study did a comparison between wild cats, domestic cats, and big cat behaviors. And guess which one Snowball resembles?

The cats were examined regarding the five big traits: Openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion/introversion, agreeableness and neuroticism. Big cats were more neurotic, agressive, and more impulsive than smaller wild cats, but about as much as domestic house cats. Size up a house cat, and you have a lion waiting for you.

In slightly better news, the Bronx zoo rated cats on their playfulness, and found domestic cats really playful and excitable. So the little murder machine likes having fun while plotting your inevitable demise.
