Michelle Chu, a design student at the Pratt Institute in New York, has a quick and easy contraceptive for your modern fast-pace lifestyle: The spray-on condom called Girlplay, the perfect tool for emergency or unexpected hook-ups.
According to Chu, the spray uses the same technology as spray-on band-aids. The man or woman using Girlplay just sprays it on their genitalia and waits two minutes. In that time, the spray forms a seal around the genitals. Granted, I am horrified to think what it takes to get them off This wonderful new device makes contraceptives easy to apply fast without the need for various sizes, making a perfect fit.
Girlplay and other products of Chu’s design, like a remote control bra that certainly has no downsides, aren’t for sale yet. But keep your eyes peeled, because once it’s on the market, it could be gone fast.
