Jedi is becoming a religion, three new movies are coming out, and now this. The year is looking pretty good for Star Wars now that Lucas is gone.
The statue of the great revolutionary Anakin Skywalker has recently replaced the statue of Vladmir Lenin, hero of the Soviet Union. Even better, the helmet has a wifi connection.
Lenin has always been a touchy subject in former Soviet countries, being less…famously evil as his successor Stalin. His statues have typically ended up in strange places (one is in Seattle, looking at a Taco Stand). And now, of course, he has been recast as the famous dark lord Vader. At least this dictator is fictional.
