On Tuesday night, Harvey Weinstein was dining at a restaurant with his sober coach when another male dinner, who was allegedly a bit inebriated, approached them. The man tells Weinstein to “get the f**k out of here” and refers to him as “a piece of shit,” initiating two quick slaps that were captured on video.

The incident occurred in Scottsdale, Arizona at the Elements restaurant, where Weinstein and his sober coach were dinning.

According to a report by Page Six, the man approached Weinstein’s table earlier in the night and requested a photo with the disgraced movie mogul. Weinstein declined the picture at that time.

The same man is said to be the one in the video, who is seen coming up to Weinstein, who is wearing a stained gray t-shirt and black cap, giving him two quick backhanded slaps to the face, and shouting obscenities, telling him to “get your f**king ass out of here” as he points toward the door.

Weinstein makes his way out of the area along with a man, believed to be his sober coach, who attempts to block the camera’s view.

A rep for Weinstein stated that he was fine after the incident, asserting that it “looks like the guy just patty-caked him twice,” trying to give scale to the amount of force.

After facing accusations of sexual harassment and assault from over 84 women, Weinstein has been at a rehab facility in Arizona. He’s repeatedly denied any wrongdoing, saying through a rep, “Any allegations of nonconsensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein.”

Last week, rumors that Weinstein had traveled to Los Angeles for the Golden Globes surfaced, though his reps stated Weinstein was in Arizona during that period.
