On Tuesday, Danielle Bregoli, the 14-year-old girl known for the infamous catchphrase “cash me outside,” avoided jail time after she pleaded guilty to multiple charges in late June. The teen will receive five years of probation for grand theft, grand theft auto, filing a false police report, and possession of marijuana.

As reported by the Daily Mail, the charges against Bregoli date back to 2016 and involve three separate incidents where she stole her mother’s car, her mother’s purse, and filed a false police report claiming her mother was using heroin.

The false report was filed in May 2016 after Bregoli contacted the cops to report a domestic battery incident that allegedly involved her mother. When officers arrived, she accused her mother of heroin use, pointing out piles of what ended up being powdered sugar scattered across the bathroom counter.

Bregoli admitted the claims were false at a later date.

According to the state attorney’s office, Bregoli was also found in a vehicle with marijuana this year.

The teen was sentenced in Delray, Florida, though will be allowed to complete her probation in California, where she lives with her mother, Barbara Bregoli.

Bregoli’s father, Ira Peskowitz, attended the sentencing hearing where he expressed concern for his child’s future.

In an early interview, Peskowitz stated, “My daughter is being exploited. She posts 24/7. It’s controlled by an alleged management team that promotes absurd behavior for a 14-year-old-child.” He also expressed fear that his daughter is being set up for a career in pornography based on her newfound fame.

Since Bregoli caught the public’s attention, she moved to California and is reportedly involved in a reality television show.

In 2016, Bregoli had an appearance on the Dr. Phil show where her parents expressed concern regarding her behavior. She was thrust into the spotlight and became known for her catchphrase, “Cash me ousside, how bow dah.”

Bregoli may also face additional charges in the future for an incident of battery that occurred in Lake Worth, Florida, earlier this year. She was also involved in a controversy after getting into a confrontation with a woman and ultimately getting kicked off a Spirit Airlines flight.
