Sources have told CNN that FBI investigators have begun questioning Democrat Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton’s top aides, including her most trusted aide and advisor, Huma Abedin.
According to the report, Abedin, along with several other aides, were cooperative with the FBI’s investigation and may be interviewed again.
Hillary herself has not yet been interviewed about the case, however sources say that she will likely be questioned in the coming weeks.
So, far, the sources say, the FBI has found no evidence that Clinton willfully violated United States law.
The FBI will coordinate with Clinton’s Secret Service detail and campaign personnel to conduct her interview discreetly and privately.
Former Clinton employee Bryan Pagliano, who allegedly managed aspects of Clinton’s IT setup, has been granted immunity by the Justice Department in exchange for cooperation in the case.
