Normally when you think about pouring molten copper on various things (that’s something normal people think about, right?) you think probably imagine that melted metal is pretty destructive. [Scroll Down For Video]
Well, that’s apparently not the case with a McDonald’s Big Mac burger, at least not at first. A Youtube user posted a video showing molten copper being poured over the sandwich and it appears to do very little damage (relatively speaking) until the sandwich is broken apart.
According to the video’s description, copper’s melting point is 1,984°F or 1,085°C. That’s pretty damn hot.
There is something strangely soothing about watching a fast food burger be destroyed by molten metal and fire.
