Taylor Swift just won Halloween. Swift dressed up as the foulmouth anti-hero for Halloween with all of her Hollywood friends, and got a little help from good friend Ryan Reynolds in making sure her costume was true to character.

The Grammy-winning singer took to Instagram to display her kick-ass costume. After all, most Halloween costumes originate from famous actors and pulp culture icons. It seems famous people, such as Swift, are no different.

We hadn’t pegged Swift as the Deadpool type; perhaps the singer just likes to drop F-bombs when she is not in the public eye or selling out stadiums full of fans. But one thing is for sure, she is a massive fan of the superhero. Everyone should be in agreement that she pulls the costume off perfectly. She would make Ryan Reynolds proud. It must be nice having a Superhero as a friend.

Thanks @vancityreynolds for this costume, you're the BEST deadpool inside contact ever 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

“Thanks [Ryan Reynolds] for this costume,” she captioned the photo on Instagram. “You’re the BEST Deadpool inside contact ever.” (OK, you don’t need to rub it in!)

For those unaware of who Deadpool is, you must have been living under a rock for the past year. Deadpool is an anti-hero who is foulmouthed and extremely violent. Ryan Reynolds first portrayed the “merc with the mouth” in 2009’s X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

Swift also posted a series of photos her and her friends hanging out in her New York apartment. The star lineup included Gigi Hadid as a Cub Scout, birthday girl Kennedy Rayé as a cat, Lily Donaldson as a space cadet, Emmie Gundler as a black swan, Victoria’s Secret model Martha Hunt as Marcia Brady, and Fifth Harmony singer Camila Cabello as a grandmother looking for her cat.

If Swift keeps this up she may be changing from singing about love stories to singing about Superheros. It’s unclear if Swift has mastered the Superhero landing as of yet. Maybe with a little practice.
